The customer service from Ruth was top notch and she was absolutely lovely from start to finish. All mechanical questions and concerns I had were quickly and professionally answered and solved by Jeff . Overall a wonderful experience. Worth all 5 stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It is a bit unusual to find genuinely good people in the car sales industry but Gladstone’s people definitely are. Ruth was a pleasure to work with and David did an unbelievably thorough job reconditioning the little Scion that our daughter bought. We are about 500 miles away from Gladstone but I will definitely take a peak at their inventory when our next car need comes up.

The best hassle- free car buying experience I’ve ever had! Ruth was very helpful in answering all my questions about my vehicle, warranty and titling. I had seen the 05 4Runner on their website, and decided to drop by for a test drive the next day. I completed all paperwork that day and was able to make a partial payment on my card to hold the vehicle until I could come back on the next business day with the rest of the cash.

This store is very trustworthy, Ruth helped me a lot throughout the process of buying my vehicle, she even suggested much cheaper insurance than I had seen. It was a great deal!
