It is a bit unusual to find genuinely good people in the car sales industry but Gladstone’s people definitely are. Ruth was a pleasure to work with and David did an unbelievably thorough job reconditioning the little Scion that our daughter bought. The best hassle- free car buying experience I’ve ever had! Ruth was very helpful in answering all my questions about my vehicle, warranty and titling. I had seen the 05 4Runner on their website, and decided to drop by for a test drive the next day. I completed all paperwork that day and was able to make a partial payment on my card to hold the vehicle until I could come back on the next business day with the rest of the cash.
